Monthly health checks cover the homepage, critical pages agreed together, and the contact form if present. Basic security checks review HTTPS, visible certificate warnings and update notices in supported systems. Basic performance checks assess loading of selected pages. We share findings and any further work needed.
We investigate sending and receiving issues for hosting email. When needed, with an appointment and your approval, we can connect through AnyDesk to set up an existing account in a supported application. Bulk device setup, device or Outlook repair, recovery of old archives, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace work are reviewed separately.
A manual backup copies website files and the database at the stated interval. A backup check reviews the status of the provider's backup system. Periodic copies do not replace daily backups. Mailboxes and device archives are outside the manual website backup.
Storage location, number of copies and retention period are agreed at the start. A restore test and a real incident restore are separate tasks; regular restore testing is not automatically included.
We track renewal dates, remind you and check renewal status. You pay from your own provider account. If monitoring detects an access issue, we investigate, contact the relevant provider and share next steps. Additional development or repair is scoped and priced before it starts.
Support is scheduled during weekday business hours. Priority scheduling does not mean 24/7 response or a guaranteed resolution time.
For existing clients, a standard internal Turhost account transfer carries no additional Engin Sistem service fee. Provider product and renewal charges are paid separately.
